Dec 2017 at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), a journal, MIT Sloan Management Review, in an article Surviving a day without smartphones, was published. The results I get are not only for Western society but also our Pakistani society.
For the experimental startup research, students from Italy and France’s two business schools were banned on bringing mobile classes for one day and the resulting sequence was that they were like this:
Most students seem to be mistaken and depressed in thoughts, while the majority of the examples was that the cut and blood is not found in the body;
Some students had to face difficulties in their free time and break-time, with which they also found the impression of anger and sorrow along with boredom and mental coffins; and
In further research, it has been claimed that in the past few years, especially in the year between 2010 and 2015, teenagers have significantly increased rates of depression and suicides. At the same time, the investigative team also made dangerous disclosures about the effects of online activities and their mental health.

Now we come to the Pakistani society where the use of social media is a tradition, but by itself, we are not equal to our social behavior. While we are unaware of Technology Management, There are more than one mobile apps available in the name of time pass and fun in the pace of moral and resistance to the nation. Consider what has been stated above observations are not true to our society? Are we or people around us, especially the young, intolerance and not suffering from mental imbalance?
The question here is not how smartphones are making our lives easier, the actual point is that what we thought about it is going to cost? From various investigations, it has been proved that the excessive use of mobile phones is undermining our mental abilities.
” Mobile phone addiction ‘a loss’ is that we do not realize that a lot of people in, and we are equally guilty of it myself as a parent. The good number of the son has not come and a mobile phone is fell into his lap like cooked fruit. As a result, nowadays smartphones have also got some of the capabilities of “Exhaustive Mood”. They went to someone’s hands and made them all over the bridge.

Remember your child’s mental development is far more important than mobile activity. If there is any need to be present, then the child can be switched up and used educational apps in his own supervisory, whether it should be proclaimed permanently with a mobile phone. Educational institutions need special attention and awareness on how to incorporate technology into everyday matters to minimize its negative effects. Otherwise, the day is not far when our society will become a mobile society.
